August 1:        Rising Up On Eagle's Wings
by Elsabe Briers

When God wanted to show Moses the Promised Land, He took him up on a mountain.  We cannot see from the
limitation of our own mindsets, therefore we need to position ourselves on the watchtower to see what the Spirit is
saying. We need to ascend in praise unto Mount Zion, which represents the Presence of the Lord.

As we wait on Him in praise and worship, He gives us eagle wings to soar on the windstreams of the Holy Spirit,
showing us vistas that we could not even dream of, so that we get heavenly perspective to see our destiny in Christ.

Isaiah 40:30-31 “
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.  Even the
youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:  But they that wait upon THE LORD shall
renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they
shall walk, and not faint.
” – KJV

This is the place where we are strengthened to soar above  our circumstances and get divine strategy and
instruction by the revelation of the Spirit from the Throne of grace.  His vision surpasses our own limitations and
opens up His dreams for our lives, showing us what He has in store for us.  Now we only need to come into
agreement with His heart’s desires for us and stand still, watching Him bringing it to pass as we simply obey His

See into the Spirit Realm by PRAYER – the key to discern our adversary’s strategy and to receive God’s strategy and
His Word for my situation as a two-edged sword in my hand and in my mouth the Sword that brings division between
soul and spirit and stops all the arguments of the flesh and the devil.

The key to dispel fear is that your spiritual eyes be opened to see the Lord in His love, splendor and majesty.
Let Him minister to you with His Word and be transformed by the power of Holy Spirit.  Then receive a fresh
anointing so that He can touch the broken and hurting and sick and oppressed through you.

August 12:        A Robe of Righteousness
by Cavelle

I put on righteousness: and it clothed me: my judgment was as a robe and a diadem."  Job 29:14

What is righteousness?  Righteousness is right-standing with God meaning that there are no guilt or shame that
blocks our union with Christ Jesus and an open flow of divine communication is evident in our lives.  God wants to
speak to us and in fact, He is speaking all the time and without limitation.  We are to open our spiritual ears and
eyes to see what He is saying.  We are to clothe ourselves with right-standing with God.  Situations in our lives wants
to draw our attention completely away from keeping ourselves rightly aligned with Christ and the things of this world
wants to clothe us with garments of despair and hopelessness.  Thus many times we have to choose to come back
into alignment with Him.  It is a choice to take captive the thoughts and imaginations of the heart that wants to
exalt itself against the knowledge of God.  Choose to put on Christ - that garment of Salvation for there is strength
that comes from that 'robe of righteousness'.    Fear and anxiety depletes us of strength and leaves us in a spiritual
slumber, but right-standing with God brings a strength and an awakening that are like an adorning of power as we
rise as the bride of Christ in her glory.  Righteousness, peace and joy makes up the Kingdom of God.  Put on
righteousness and allow yourself to clothed by it.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments
of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketth himself with
ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.
" Isaiah 61:10

Therefore, let us awake out of sleep and put on garments of salvation and a robe of righteousness as we choose to
set our minds on things above and to keep ourselves in union with Christ.  Put on Christ and wear Him as cloak.

Awake, awake, put on they strength, O Zion; put on they beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city; for
henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
"  Isaiah 52:1
