"Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together,
and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete
withal it shall be measured to you again." Luke 6:38
Therefore, give when the Holy Spirit moves on your heart.
God is the God of abundance, but we can only step into His overflowing goodness
when we understand that everything we have really belongs to Him and then to be
ready to give the complete offering of whatever He requires for His Kingdom. When
He requires something of us, He already has something greater ready to be released
to us, for you cannot out-give God. In His Kingdom everything belongs to Him and we
are only stewards of that which He entrusts into our hands. If therefore the King
requires us to give into the Kingdom, it is not because He needs it, but He requires
the loyalty of a worshipping heart that fully trusts Him to supply in all our need as we
give unto Him.
The wisdom of the Kingdom economy is that there is plenty for all and no-one will lack
when they live according to Kingdom principles. If God requires something for His
Kingdom purposes, He moves on someone’s heart to sow that into the Kingdom. If
the person He talks to is obedient, his seed shall be multiplied. If he is not, he blocks
not only his own provision, but also the flow of God’s Kingdom.
HE IS SETTING YOU UP FOR BLESSING!
Give into God’s grace! Give with joy! Ask Him to bless your seed and watch Him
multiply it for His glory!
